Technology sucks sometimes
Twitter’s taking a shit on me. My Tumblr dashboard widget is giving me “access denied” errors. I can get to other sites and apps just fine. Fuck it, I’m going outside.

I hate writing about nerdy shit so I’ll keep it short, but the instructions in this article really made it easy to get my setup going at Slicehost and Google.
Consolidation
Up until yesterday I’ve been running a mish-mash of web and email hosting services. It’s been out of control - at one point I had 3 web hosting accounts and a bunch more email accounts through 4 or 5 different providers. Google’s announcement of IMAP for Gmail the other day finally made me get up off my ass and simplify this internet nightmare.

The most annoying thing EVER! Some fax machine keeps calling my home number every half hour, it’s been going since 7AM. Argh.
Rainy day
It’s been raining ever since I got back into town and it’s not supposed to stop for the next week or so. Sucks, so much for washing my car.
